Recent finish of an older homes basement. We transformed the utilitarian style storage basement into safe and family functional extra living space. First we needed to relocate the furnace and water heater from the center of our new room to an alternate functioning location. We then were able to add an egress window for a new bedroom (with walk in closet) and the underground plumbing work for a new full bathroom with custom tile work. We then spray foamed the exterior walls to leave the new space easily manageable and safe from mold. We were also able to create space for a large great room complete with a media charging station. Once again we were blessed with fantastic clients who already are enjoying the additional living space provided to them.
