This project was very fun to be involved in, mainly because our clients were wonderful to work with. The site topography was the biggest challenge due to the +/-200′ drop from the building site to the lake. We demo’d and removed an old cottage overlooking Sweazy Lk. The clients will now be able to comfortably enjoy family gatherings on their HUGE composite deck with glass panel balusters. The deck is a ‘must see’ along with the patio/porch facing the lake. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. K for allowing us to be part of your project. We are very proud of how your house turned out but mostly of how you and your family will benefit from our efforts!
